Stacey
Scott
Stacey's background includes a Bachelors of Science from UCLA in Ccomputer Science Engineering. Stacey got her start in the computer field as a computer engineer in the Hewlett Packard labs. After leaving Hewlett Packard to continue her career as an Entrepreneur she spent several years as a sole proprietor consultant designing applications for fortune 500 companies. Supplementing her work as a consultant Stacey excelled as a corporate trainer delivering computer programming workshops. Her work as a consultant lead to her eventually founding Elgia, Inc.
Her 25 years as an Entrepreneur has given her the execuation intelligence to grow Elgia, Inc. from $48K in revenue in 2001 to almost $900K in 2006. This experience has also been invaluable to helping get it'sMEdia™ off to a great start. However, it’s the many hours spent behind the lens of a video camera filming her daughter’s gymnastics competitions that gave her the idea start it'sMEdia™.
Gary
Betz
Gary is it’s MEdia's™
Operations Manager. Gary has been
with it’s MEdia™ since its inception in 2004. He is responsible
for on-site management and directing of our entire technical support team.
He has authored numerous technical plans and guides for all equipment
and software packages created and utilized at it’s MEdia™.
Gary previously gained tenure with AT&T where he was a Senior Technical
Support Manager for all of AT&Ts Video Operations Group. Gary is our
single point of contact for all things technical, both internally and
externally. Gary is a graduate of Utah State University where he graduated
cum laude.
Gary and his wife, have four children who are all active
in a variety of sports and the arts.
Gemma “Coco” Dolenz
Coco joined it’s MEdia™ in September 2005 as the Director
of Training. Coco gained much of her expertise as the co-owner of the
California Subcontractors Association from 1992-2000. She worked all aspects
of that role including the training of California Lien Law to its Association
members. She honed her exceptional training proficiency as a WebEx Trainer
conducting on-line meeting product training, producer/trainer of Webinars,
training materials developer, Tier I tech support and train the trainer.
Additionally she acted as an exemplary resource in the production of recorded
training modules and production.
Her expertise as a Trainer and curriculum developer for
ATT Web Conferencing has added a unique level of proficiency that is reflected
in our first-class Technical Support.
Coco is also an amazing performer and singer who can be seen all over
the country performing with Micky Dolenz. As a recording artist, and music
producer, she has experienced producing and performing commercial and
radio on camera and extensive voice over talent.
Coco who currently lives in California near the Bay area will be relocating to Alpharetta, GA in August 2007 to work more closely with the rest of the team.
Sandra
Jackson
Dr. Rev. Sandra Jackson joined it’s MEdia™ in September, 2004
as the Director of HR. She comes to it’s MEdia™ with vast
experience as a compassionate and visionary leader. As founder and senior
minister of the FireLight Church of Religious Science in San Jose, CA
for 17 years Dr. Sandra moved to Georgia in 2003.
Dr. Sandra has her BA in Social Science from San Jose State
University, San Jose, CA and her MA in Educational Administration, San
Jose State University, San Jose, CA – 1981. Through creative dialogue
and experiential activities learned while earning her RScF, from the United
Church of Religious Science she has found an effective balance for her
work within the church and the seamless transition to her business practices.
She is a dynamic and effective trainer and diversity coach who adds a
level of professionalism and caring to all her work at it’s MEdia™.
Deborah
Lantz
Debbie joined it’s MEdia™ in early September, 2004 as the
Director of Marketing. Debbie has her Masters of Science degree in Human
Resource Development and Counseling from the University of Bridgeport
and spent several years working on Wall Street for Dean Witter until she
moved to Georgia in 1991. She spent over 8 years working for Procter &
Gamble in Atlanta and then moved to a small Customer Relationship Management
company as the Director of Inside Sales and Marketing. Prior to coming
on board at it's MEdia™, Debbie most recently worked for HQ Global
Workplaces where she managed a call center and worked directly with the
VP of Sales. With the impending launch of the itsMEdiaTM franchises, Debbie
has stepped into the new role of Director of Public Relations. Debbie
will use all her education and practical knowledge to help lead it's MEdia™ to market.
Debbie is the proud parent of boy/girl twins who are on
their way to junior tennis stardom.
Brenda
Peck
Brenda joined it’s MEdia™ in September 2003. She currently
serves as the Director of Finance. She comes to it’s MEdia™
after building a long and successful career in relationship management
within the financial services and e-commerce industries.
Brenda received her MA in Management from Simmons College in Boston, MA
and joined Mellon Bank’s Commercial Lending Program right after
graduation. There she monitored the credit quality of a $1 billion loan
portfolio, managed and trained a staff of credit analysts and served as
liaison between the Corporate Lending Group and the Commercial Credit
Department. She started her commercial lending career at Mellon Bank and
then joined PNC Bank as Vice President of Corporate Banking. At PNC Bank
she managed all relationships within the bank’s portfolio of Wall
Street securities firms.
Brenda moved to Georgia with her husband and her daughter
in 1998. She joined Check Free Corporation as a Relationship Manager for
several key accounts and was responsible for all aspects of those relationships
including budgeting, product sales and revenue generation.
